Rank One is now live for the 2024-2025 school year, and student-athletes can complete their Troy ISD/UIL forms there.

All students in grades 7-12 who plan to participate in athletics and sports must complete their forms through Rank One before they are allowed to participate in the 2024-2025 school year.  

Paper copies will not be accepted. The Physical Evaluation form is the one exception.

STUDENTS NEW TO Troy ISD

Students new to Troy ISD cannot submit electronic forms until they have been issued a Troy ISD Student ID number.

If you have an ID number but cannot submit the forms, please contact Ryan Attridge at ryan.attridge@troyisd.org
