Welcome to the Troy High School Cross Country Web pages.
 
 
 
Race Season is here so here is some information for you:
Wake up early enough to take a shower, eat some breakfast, and drink some water.  
Leave Saturday morning at 5:30AM (meet by the weight room).
Wear your uniform.
If you wear a shirt over your uniform then make sure that it is a Troy shirt.
 
 
Make sure to load the following items for the meet:
Bucket
Large towel
Wet hand towel in a zip-lock bag
Extra pair of shoes
Extra pair of socks
Fruit
Granola Bar/sandwich/or anything else you feel will give you energy
2 or 3 cold water bottles
Drink money for after the race
