Welcome to your Troy High School Counseling Center.  As a professional school counselor, it is my privilege to help guide the educational, career, personal, and social development of all students through a comprehensive school counseling program. I have been and educator for over 20 years and have been a high school counselor for the past 10 years. I was a teacher (English and history) and coach (softball and volleyball) in Victoria, Palacios and Van Vleck ISDs.  I was the school counselor at Van Vleck High School for 8 years prior to coming to Troy ISD.

I also had the privilege of being selected in the 1st Cohort of Texas OnCourse Leader Fellows. Texas OnCourse empowers middle and high school students across the state to plan a clear path to college and career success. Currently, I serve as the membership chair of the Texas OnCourse Leader Fellow Alumni Network.​
